Yes — the software and the hosting are both free for clinics and surgeries in Zimbabwe. We cover the costs as part of our commitment to local healthcare.
Where is patient data stored?
On servers we manage in our infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, with regular backups.
Can we export our data?
Yes. You own your data. Patient records, appointments and billing can be exported at any time in standard formats.
