We build software for Zimbabwe

Statotech Systems was founded in Harare in 2024 by Blessing Siwonde. We started with a simple observation: most software sold to Zimbabwean businesses was built for a different market and bolted on locally. EcoCash integrations were afterthoughts. Currency handling was broken. The support was offshore.

We built the software we wished existed. Shop POS handles USD and ZiG natively. School ERP was designed around how Zimbabwean schools actually collect fees. Health is completely free because clinics cannot afford software subscriptions.

Today Statotech Systems has six products in production and takes on custom development projects for clients who need software built properly. We are a small team and we intend to stay that way.

How we work

Ship things that work

We build software that runs in production, not demos. Every product we release is something we would use ourselves.

Know the context

Zimbabwean businesses have specific constraints — connectivity, currency, local payment systems. We design for these realities, not against them.

Small team, full ownership

We do not subcontract. The engineers you talk to are the engineers who build your product.
