3. Services and Client Engagements
Our software development services are governed by separate written agreements (statements of work, service agreements, or contracts) entered into with each client. In the absence of a signed agreement, the following defaults apply:
- All custom software developed for a client remains the intellectual property of Statotech Systems until full payment is received
- Project timelines are estimates and may be adjusted due to scope changes or external factors
- We reserve the right to decline or terminate engagements that conflict with our values or legal obligations
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- A deposit of 50% of the agreed project fee is required before development commences
- The remaining balance is due upon project delivery
- Invoices not settled within 14 days of the due date may incur a late payment fee
- All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client project information, business data, and technical specifications as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or necessary to deliver the agreed services (e.g., cloud hosting providers).
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Statotech Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Our total aggregate liability in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
For client projects, we warrant that services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. Specific warranties are defined in the relevant service agreement.

9. Governing Law
